Insurance Village Events by Florida Department of Financial Services

The Department of Financial Services (DFS) will hold “Insurance Village” events at the following dates and locations. These DFS Insurance Villages will provide Floridians an opportunity to go to one community-wide location to obtain important information about filing insurance claims resulting from Hurricane Irma. There will be several “booths” at each Insurance Village, and a variety of insurance companies will be on site to help their customers, and DFS will have state officials at each location to help assist Floridians with their insurance-related issues as well.
